Hervé Couraye is an expert in European business development and international diplomacy, currently an advisor to Elephantech Inc. and the journal Politique Internationale. It plays a key role in promoting sustainability through technological innovation, especially in the sustainable gastronomy sector. A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of a PhD in International Relations from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, he has extensive experience in the private and public sector, notably as a leader of strategic initiatives in Europe and Japan.
